Your Network Needs to:
  1. Build you up
    • Believe in you. Encourage you. Support you
  2. Make you happy
    • Positive people.  Enjoy spending time with them.  Laughter. Relaxing
    • We don’t need negativity – Mom
  3. Challenge you
    • Make you stop and think.  Make you want to learn. Teach you new things
  4. Celebrate You
    • Small stuff, big stuff.  Just everyday stuff
    • Don’t forget to celebrate them

Take a few minutes to write down the names of the people with whom you spend most of your time.  Then write down, what do they give you.  How are they adding value and impact to your life?

Now decide, do you need to make any changes?  Don’t be afraid to make adjustments, even when they’re hard.  Your life will be better for it.
